Services

In short, we can assist you in relation to anything to do with criminal law.

Importantly, we can offer expert advice even if you haven’t been charged with a criminal offence, but the police consider you to be a suspect (or ‘person of interest’). In some cases we can prevent you being charged in the first place.

We have successfully defended charges ranging in seriousness from offences such as murder, drug importation and sexual assault to drug possession, drink driving and common assault.

While we are based in Sydney, we attend courts and tribunals across Australia.
